Make sure to check your tracking link.  There should be a link that says “check multi-piece shipment.”  This will show you the tracking info of each individual box. Sometimes one of the boxes will take a day or two longer to be delivered. If the tracking data is showing all the boxes as delivered, but you didn’t receive the boxes, please email us at contact@vibekayaks.com and we will reach out to the shipping company to open a lost package claim. (Please do give the team 1-2 business days to reply to all emails. This will ensure that everyone gets the absolute best customer care we can offer!)
