Make sure to check your tracking link.  There should be a link that says “check multi-piece shipment.”  This will show you the tracking info of each individual box. Sometimes one of the boxes will take a day or two longer to be delivered. If the tracking data is showing all the boxes as delivered, but you didn’t receive the boxes, please email us at and we will reach out to the shipping company to open a lost package claim. (Please do give the team 1-2 business days to reply to all emails. This will ensure that everyone gets the absolute best customer care we can offer!)
