Please take some pictures of the damaged boxes. Then you can give us a call at 678-938-8234 with your order number, and what part was missing, and then we’ll give you an email to send the photos to. We can then get you taken care of. If the boxes are undamaged, but you are missing a part from them, please reach out to Right On Trailers directly at 678-431-7404.
Make sure to check your tracking link. There should be a link that says “check multi-piece shipment.” This will show you the tracking info of each individual box. Sometimes one of the boxes will take a day or two longer to be delivered. If the tracking data is showing all the boxes as delivered, but you didn’t receive the boxes, please email us at email@example.com and we will reach out to the shipping company to open a lost package claim.
